Do not buy from this site. They have received my returned items 2 months ago and they still have not refunded my money. It is impossible to get through to someone at this company. The only response I received to my emails was that they will review the issue and get back to me. They do not answer the phone number listed. It's the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I spent over $300 and returned the items unworn and with the labels attached. I followed all their return procedures and obtained an RMA number. This company is a scam. Also the silk is rough and the sizes are off, this is why I've returned all the items I had purchased, over $300.
This company lies about the quality of their silk- it is actually satin (50% silk, 50% polyester or other plastic). Real silk is soft and shiny on both sides while this one is rubbery and matte on one side. I also work in a lab and was able to confirm this. I contacted the company and they refunded me 50% due to the 50% non silk component. I opted to refund instead of return because of all the negative experiences with returns stated on this site. Should have gotten a full refund because they totally scammed/lied.

Not only the website is disclosing misleading advertising about their services (free return) and about their products (the product I received were not made of silk.
I return my product using a tracked mailing service and they pretended they only received part of the product I sent and therefore refunded only 10% of my order.
My order, came in an appropriate time. The enjoyable items going comfort me as wearing it.
I wish I had read these review last prior to ordering. The product I ordered was a trench coat. Very poor quality, not the color advertised and questionable if it's silk. I have emailed four times to request return information and it's always "request being reviewed". They give no company address on their website and no insert in packaging. They want to run the clock down on the 30 days. Do not waste your time on this company! It's coming from China, so your options are limited. Nasty company!
I wouldn't purchase from this company again! It is not 100% silk and I doubt it is 40% silk. The shirt is cheap snd looks horrible. The photos that they use to promote their product is definitely not what you will receive. Another deceitful Asian knock off!
I’m not going to lie, when I ordered this dress I was holding my breath because I was sure this would be a cheaply made product that I’d end up returning. I could NOT have been more wrong, and I don’t easily admit when I am wrong! This is my new favorite dress I own. It fits absolutely perfectly and is so flattering and elegant. The material is lovely and shiny. I can make 1,000 great outfits with this dress for any time of year. Will I be buying the gold one next? You bet I will!
Today my order was delivered after 8 weeks and so many emails. Unfortunately they are far to small. I ordered large because i thought i would like roomy blouse and T-shirt but what has arrived is about a size 12 UK. I am attempting to return the items and as Lilysilk have offered to pay for the return I am in the process of requesting a paid return label. Also a refund not exchange of the goods. I will update when i get a reply.
Loved my new silk trench coat.. it fitted beautifully and was cut so it was a more fitted style ( which I love) and really flattering.. perfect for a summer evening or spring days.. wish this style was in more colours.. LOVE!!

I've been waiting for weeks for an exchange or refund but hear nothing. Don't believe their claims of easy returns, tthere is nothing easy about their process.
I ordered a bunch of items from LilySilk on March 21 (totaling $912). Due to a customs clearance issue FedEx asked LilySilk to contact them. Turns out LilySilk told FedEx that the package can be left abandoned at customs and they didn't even inform me about this! I wasn't even aware of the issue before calling FedEx today, since I had received a message from LilySilk Support saying "We will contact the shipping company to look into this and please wait for a little while" on April 20, which tricked me into thinking they were indeed trying to solve the issue. I paid $912 for goods that will not be delivered to me because LilySilk failed to inform me about the issue and simply abandoned the case. I've tried contacting them to no avail, hopefully someone will respond to this complaint at least, because they falsely market a 60-day free return policy on their website. All these influencers getting free gifts from LilySilk to promote the brand should think twice and act more responsibly before they lead to such scams that regular customers will have to deal with!
While the comforter feels nice the fact that it only comes in white means I absolutely NEED a cover for it. Putting a cover on it mostly defeats the purpose of buying such a fancy comforter in the first place. It honestly feels as good as my $30 down comforter and it's 7x the price. Perhaps if I bought a cover from them but that alone would be AT LEAST $345. That being said I will be returning the comforter.

The company is real but I have my doubts about the silk, compared to other silk I own it's not even close.

I agree, I question the authenticity of the silk. I would save your money and buy from a reputable silk provider. My pillowcases haven't even lasted 5 months so save your money and spend it elsewhere.

It is impossible. They're only reply to emails is automated and they do not respond after that. They do not answer the phone number posted on the site.

As you say they are quite responsive to emails it normally takes them 24-48 hours to reply which isn't too bad however they are automated replies so it's unhelpful. You might as well speak to a brick wall.
